Wonder We May; Believe We Shall
God, to me, has become something more than just my creator. God sent His son, Jesus, to pull me out of the darkness that filled my life, the sin that corrupted every part of my life and drew me deeper and deeper into myself. He did not only send His son to me but to all of us, who are undeserving of such love but given it anyway. I have realized that following Jesus in my life has not been particularly easy but as a wise professor once told me, life isn't supposed to be easy, but with faith in Jesus Christ as our Lord and savior all things are possible. I am one of God's many creations and I am excited to share with you all my journey to Christ through my personal experiences. Like I said, not everything is easy but through my ability to walk towards Jesus, the giver of light, all things have been and remain to be possible.
I have chosen the blog title "Wonder We May; Believe We Shall" because those who wonder about God may wander from Him at times but they are most definitely not forever lost. I often find myself wondering about what is to come next in my life, where will I go, what will I do, who will I meet? Sometimes these questions are unanswered and sometimes they are directly answered by God. The Lord knows when I need to know something and that message will be received but He also knows when I must be patient and wait for my answer. God has given all of us the freedom to wonder about Him and to choose to believe in Him. This kind of freedom is something that has drawn me closer to God because when I stray away from Him there is never enough love to be given but when I choose to walk with Jesus I am astounded by the amount of love I have received. So friends, this will be my experiences as I walk more and more towards Jesus.
In Christ,
Cassie
